PaPaS News

PaPaS celebrates 18 years

The Cochrane Pain Palliative and Supportive Care Review Group is celebrating its 18th birthday this year. We are planning a party on Thursday 21 July 2016, with presentations and interactive sessions on the “Past, Present and Future of pain evidence” from PaPaS staff and guest speakers. See here, for further details.

Using GRADE in Cochrane PaPaS protocols and reviews

Using GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation) to assess the evidence is now expected in all new reviews. A statement of intention to apply GRADE methods and include an SoF table is expected in all protocols. For more information, including suggested wording, good practice examples, and a list of useful links and resources, click here.
