Generosity Report

October?! Almost Halloween already? Is that even possible? My calendar says, Yes it is! October has flown by on bat wings and witches' brooms and here we are raking leaves and feeling the wonderful fall air. The SARG yard sale was a blast and a fantastic fund raiser for all the furry animals. Thank you to all the volunteers that make the event possible, you can sit down now and rest... until next year that is!  Some of our volunteers start as early as January pricing our merchandise! So it's no rest for them!

This Saturday November 2nd from 10-2 SARG will be at Mast General in Downtown Knoxville for an adoption event. We hope to see some of you there. This time of year on Market Square is the best! Not hot, not cold and a great time to start some early Christmas shopping.

Speaking of Christmas, keep your ears open, we don't have a date yet for Christmas pictures, but we plan on the end of November sometime. Look for another email to go out reminding everyone.

Truly, a big thank you to all of you for your never-ending support of SARG! We couldn't do it without you. All the kitties and puppies put up their paws in thanks too!!
All of these donations have come in to SARG by Aug. 31st  2019. Thank you everyone who supports our work. We hope you enjoy reading the stories this month.

Rainbow Bridge
Miss Jagger, the beloved and very elderly Rottweiler companion of David Robinson, finally crossed the Rainbow Bridge.  Through his relentless care, Dave had kept his sweet girl with him far longer than anyone--particularly her vets--expected or hoped.  She has joined Dave's other Rottweilers from days past.

Sandy, was a beloved pup of Jeanie Coulter and she crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly this past month. Sandy was a SARG foster dog who refused to leave Jeanie. They shared many good years together.
