Registration Needed For Our AGM
Our Annual General Meeting this year is to be held online on the morning of Saturday the 15th of May. The agenda and resolutions for our online AGM can be found by clicking here.
If you would like to submit any proposals for discussion or to put yourself forward as a Trustee then you've only got a few days left to do so. Please submit these by Monday (24th April) to our General Secretary via email firstname.lastname@example.org
All members are invited to attend, however you must register prior to the AGM to be able to attend. To register please click here, you'll need your membership number and you must register before 12pm on Saturday 8th May.
In advance of the AGM, members are invited to read all documents relevant to the proceedings, these can be found within the member's area of our website here.
Should you have any questions relating to any of these documents, you must submit them by email to our General Secretary before 12pm on the 8th of May as we will not be taking questions during the live AGM on the 15th May.
Should you be unable to attend on the day and wish to submit a proxy vote, or if you'd like to submit a proxy vote on behalf of your Affiliated Beekeeping Association, then you can download the proxy voting form here. Your proxy vote needs to be lodged with our General Secretary by 12pm on the 8th of May.
