The 'core' activity within the Centre is offering Complementary Therapy treatments, including Counselling.
Currently, the therapies are limited to Reflexology, including Reflex Lymph Drainage, and Healing.
We hope to re-introduce a much wider range of relaxing therapies as guidelines permit. This is always under review.

For an introductory session, hosted by Ann Burgoyne and Janet Parkinson, who are both
Mindful Compassion Facilitators, living locally.

No previous meditation experience is necessary.
Simply join us and give yourself ‘permission to pause’ from all that is going on, practising simple mindful compassion meditation techniques in a safe and friendly environment.

We are promoting '5K YOUR WAY - MOVE Against Cancer' 9am on the last Saturday of every month in South Park, Macclesfield How about an exercise plan for the last Saturday of each month?
