Join Us for Next Workshop in Regenerative Design Series: Exploring Indoor Air Quality
In connection with this year's update process to incorporate regenerative design principles into our statewide Green Built Homes certification program, our nonprofit is hosting a monthly series of in-depth, inspirational workshops through the fall and winter of 2019, which are aimed at educating and engaging the community in regenerative design.
The series continues in three weeks from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16 with a workshop on Exploring Indoor Air Quality Through Whole Living led by Sean Sullivan of Living Stone Design + Build and Laura Sullivan of ID.ology Interiors & Design.
This course will introduce the concept of whole living. We'll explore the dangers that selections and furnishings can present to your home, as well as identify the pollutants that contribute to poor indoor air quality (IAQ) during the construction process. This class will identify construction practices that reduce particulates and increase IAQ, and present real solutions to furnishing a new home.
