Self-guided historic tours from 10:00am-4:00pm

After brunch, enjoy a 3+ mile walk around Sagamore Lake on the Lake Trail. Take along Great Camp Sagamore’s “The Hidden History of the Lake Trail” activity guide, entertaining for adults and children, available in the Dining Hall and the Sagamore Store (AKA Gateway to the Historic Great Camps).


You could hike Wakely Mountain on your own. . . 

But, who would make you breakfast, teach you about the trail’s history and Adirondack fire towers, and then cook you dinner and build you a campfire with s’mores? Get the full Adirondack Great Camp wilderness experience by hiking it from Great Camp Sagamore. Click here for more information.
