Local gourmet mushrooms from our growers at Forest Fungi, the award winning mushroom farm based in Devon. They grow many varieties of mushroom and are experts in fungi know-how, from foraging to climate controlled shroom rooms. Their most popular option is a mixed variety tray including Shiitake, Oysters, Nameko and Shimeji mushrooms.

Pan Artisan bases contain less than 1% salt, which is essential for today’s health conscious consumer and they are easy to handle; simply defrost, top and bake. New to the Plough to Plate family we have Cornish Chillies Limited. Based in the countryside in Mid-Cornwall at Summercourt, Cornish Chillies is home to 3 large poly-tunnels that house almost 6000 home-grown chilli plants. As well as offering a diverse range of fresh chillies based on heat, flavour and culinary use, they have also produced a range of handmade preserves, each with its own heat level and distinct flavour.
