Off the Cuff - November 24, 2015
Issue 1

Welcome from Miriam Patanian, CVH Team Lead

Welcome to the first edition of Off the Cuff – a newsletter you can use for all of us working to implement 1305 and 1422 grants. The purpose of Off the Cuff is to connect you to each other to share tools you’ve developed and ask each other questions in an informal, friendly way. We’ll also share tools that national partners have developed and let you know about pertinent webinars.

This is our effort to consolidate the number of emails you've been receiving from me. We will also use the newsletter as a way to disseminate information from your Leadership Team.  From now on this newsletter will come several times a month and will be sent from

We hope this will be a great resource for you to communicate with each other and NACDD. Let us know what you think and send us your questions and any materials you think might be helpful to others.

Webinars Worth Your Time

We highlight events we think are especially worth your time but there is a lot going on! Keep up using the Chronic Disease Events Calendar. To receive a weekly email update from the calendar that contains the events for the next two weeks, go to and select ‘Weekly Email’.
