Strategic Planning Meeting

Draft media release has been prepared by Donna Carrier
Media love “human interest” stories i.e. Donna’s chef qualified rather than straight business stories
Set another date for strategic planning meeting not as part of normal meeting before AGM occurs, Wed 20th July 2016 at 6pm to 6.30pm at The Australian Hotel Dining Room. Special invitation to email list past and current members. Invite to be sent ASAP and include SWOT updated in May 2016 and previous Strategic plan as attachments.

Col contacted people in Port Macquarie. All shade cloths went to Sydney to a company called ABC Products. Col has made numerous calls but may be a possibility that they have destroyed them. Col will request evidence if they have been destroyed and some compensation. If they are still there, someone will need to pick up from Sydney.
Action: Donna will find in minutes if Peter said he would pick them up. Col will continue to follow up with ABC Products.
