Welcome, Jen Frazer!
We’re excited to welcome Jen Frazer to the Center for Vitality and Balance community! Jen is a registered yoga instructor who believes yoga is for everyone and every body. She earned her training certificate from Prairie Yoga in Lisle, Illinois where they place a strong emphasis on aligning the body, breath, and mind. She currently teaches at the National Association for Mental illness as well as for a local recovery group.
Jen’s experience, skills, and passion add a new dimension to how we can support your unique pathway of vitality and balance. She teaches classic beginning and restorative yoga. Yoga promises a deeper relationship to your body, mind, and spirit.
