Short but sweet! 

Dear <<First Name>>,

This month I've been to Sydney again for training (see photo above), this time focusing on mindset and business development. Music (with great lyrics) was a common theme to help create a shift in a mood and mindset, why not listen to this when you are needing some inspiration (Hall of Fame, Will I Am). Two quotes that stuck with me from the conference I thought I'd share were "Success is experienced twice, first in the mind, then in reality", and "I want to live 60 years rather than 60 times the same year".

I'd love your help. I'm full swing into planning mode for a range of products to be launched later in the year. I want to make sure I really provide value to my clients. I'd appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to reply to my email and let me know the answer to the following questions:

1. What is your predominant negative self-talk?

2. How would you like it to be instead?

3. If there was one thing related to your mindset that would really change your life what would that be?

PSYCH-K® Practice Communities

After completing a Basic PSYCH-K® workshop you are welcome to join our Practice Communities that we run once a month, the next one scheduled for Sunday September 4, where we meet up, practice skills, ask questions and build your self-empowering beliefs to achieve what you want in life.
Diamond Belief Statements for July
For those of you who have completed PSYCH-K® training and have read my newsletter before, you know that each month I write down some diamond belief statements that I have balanced for myself, and if they resonate with you go ahead and balance for them for yourself! If you haven't completed PSYCH-K® training but you still love the idea of these belief statements being 100% true for you then just let me know, I can easily facilitate that for you.

For me I enjoyed the following:
  • I maximize my potential in all that I do
  • I experience freedom of choice in all aspects of my life
  • I spend time doing things that I am passionate about
  • My philosophy, thoughts, mindset and actions are congruent with what I want in my life

Awesome Recipes

Recipe from Better Homes and Gardens, December 2015
Baked Muesli with almonds and blueberries

I use as many organic ingredients in this recipe as I can, and it is very easy to substitute the quantities with other ingredients depending on what you have available.

125ml golden syrup (I use honey)
80ml coconut oil
1 whole nutmeg, finely grated
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Finely grated zest of 1 orange
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup flaked almonds
1 1/2 cups sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
30g chia seeds
3 cups rice puffs
2 cups millet puffs
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp sea-salt flakes
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup sultanas

  1. Preheat oven 160°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Combine golden syrup, coconut oil, nutmeg, cinnamon and orange zest in a small saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, over a low heat for 7 minutes of until loosened in consistency.
  2. Put remaining ingredients, except blueberries and sultanas, in a large bowl. Pour over golden syrup mixture and, using two wooden spoons, mix to coat.
  3. Spread mixture onto trays in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes, gently stirring after 5 minutes to toast evenly. Remover from oven and set aside for 20 minutes to cool on trays. Stir in blueberries and sultanas. Store in airtight container for up to a month.
  4. Makes about 1kg.
