Get ready for 2017!

Dear <<First Name>>,

Happy holidays to you! Hope you are enjoying some rest time for yourself and spending time with family and friends.

As we draw closer to the new year, it is a perfect time to reflect on 2016 and ensure you have some new plans to work towards for 2017.

Need help? I'll be back from leave on 11 January, until then start writing down those wishes, dreams, aspirations and goals, and allow me to assist you to ensure they become your reality. I offer a complementary session (15-30 minutes) we can discuss what it is that you want, how my services work, whether there is a connection between us as coach and client and if my services are a good fit for you.

The collage above is a reflection for me of my favourite events in 2016 for my business and of the beautiful people who I have had the pleasure of spending time with. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my business in 2016 and look forward to more amazing events and transformations with all of you in 2017.

As always, keep up to speed with more regular updates on what I am up to on my facebook page.

Love and light,

Upcoming Events

The next workshop in Canberra is on February 18, hope to see you there! Facilitated by the awesome Rosi Pletzer, please visit her website for more details.

Canberra's first Advanced PSYCH-K® Training!

We are very excited to announce that the amazing facilitator Ian Spicer will be here in Canberra for our first Advanced PSYCH-K Training commencing 30 March (see this video). This training was a game changer for me, both personally and professionally. You need to have completed the BASIC training as a prerequisite, so if you have been thinking of doing the training, get to the BASIC before then! Rosi has training both February 18-19 and March 18-19 to make sure you can get to Advanced! Please visit her website to register.

PSYCH-K® Practice Communities

After completing a Basic PSYCH-K® workshop you are welcome to join our Practice Communities that we run once a month, the next one scheduled for Sunday January 22, where we meet up, practice skills, ask questions and build your self-empowering beliefs to achieve what you want in life.

For a complete schedule for 2017, please visit our Canberra PSYCH-K Practice Group facebook page, request to become a member, and the schedule is in the pinned post at the top. Alternatively let me know and I can add you to the event invitation list.
Diamond Belief Statements for December
For those of you who have completed PSYCH-K® training and have read my newsletter before, you know that each month I write down some diamond belief statements that I have balanced for myself, and if they resonate with you go ahead and balance for them for yourself! If you haven't completed PSYCH-K® training but you still love the idea of these belief statements being 100% true for you then just let me know, I can easily facilitate that for you.

For the lead up to Christmas, joy was what I was focusing on, these were pretty awesome:
  • Every day opens my heart, expands my mind and makes me smile inside and out
  • I give myself exquisite cuddles from the inside where I feel completely held and adored
  • First, I reach for joy, and all else follows.

Awesome Recipes

Paleo Gingerbread Biscuits - The Merrymaking Sisters
Paleo Gingerbread Biscuits

300g almond meal
1 tbs. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. baking powder (gluten free)
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
2 tbs. raw honey
1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract
1 egg
(spices can be adjusted to suit taste)
  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a large bowl mix the almond meal, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder. Leave this for now.
  3. In a food processor, whiz the coconut oil, raw honey, vanilla extract + egg until combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the food processor + whiz to form a dough (the mixture will be quite moist).
  5. Take out the mixture + knead a little to form a ball.
  6. Place the mixture between 2 pieces of baking paper + roll out to 3mm thick.
  7. Place this into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Once refrigerated, cookie-cut into desired shapes (like gingerbread men, stars + chrissy trees!) + place carefully onto a lined baking tray (you will need 2 trays).
  9. Place into the preheated oven + bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool + enjoy!
