Virtual Events and Trashy Trivia Night

We’ve been missing all your friendly faces during the canceled spring conferences, so a few weeks ago we hosted a customer-only trivia night. The prize for first place — claimed by Chris Lehon of Sacramento County — was a $100 donation to the food recovery organization of the winner's choice. Chris selected FoodShift of Alameda County as the lucky recipient, and we were thankful for the opportunity to support their great work! Are you interested in future Recyclist-sponsored virtual events? How about playing in our waste and recycling industry trivia night? Fill out a quick survey to let us know, even if you are not (yet!) a customer:

Recyclist Featured in Waste 360’s Women Leaders in Waste

Back in March, our founder Emily Coven was featured in Waste 360’s Women Leaders in Waste series. In the article, she explains why she founded Recyclist, dives into the company’s short and long term goals, and discusses the importance of all of us finding and doing what we are best at. The whole Recyclist team was glad to see Emily get this recognition as an industry leader!

Although it's tough not seeing each other in person, working from home has not slowed us down at Recyclist. We may have new interns and coworkers to train — a.k.a. our pets & children —  but it hasn't stopped us from getting our work done. We continue to onboard new customers and release new features the same as ever. We’re looking forward to the day we can co-mingle again in our new office, but we’re confident that we will continue to deliver top-quality products and services regardless of what the coming months bring.

If you’d like more frequent updates and information from us, follow us on LinkedIn! We post on all industry topics throughout the week.

Stay well,
The team at Recyclist
