Literature Lovers
Literature Lovers has changed the book for April.
Sunday, April 30, 2017 The Two Family House by Linda Cohen Loigman
The Two Family House focuses on two families that are inextricably linked by blood, marriage, and a long-held secret."
Sunday, May 21, 2017
The Marriage of Opposites by Alice Hoffman
The Marriage of Opposites is based on the story of Rachel Pizzaro and her son Camille Pizzaro, the father of impressionism.
The Jewish Book Council describes: Set in the beautiful and vividly drawn island of St. Thomas, The Marriage of Opposites creates an intense world of political strife, familial anguish, and, of course, heartbreaking love that makes this clear: the world that one is presented with is never a clear reflection of reality. Everyone has secrets.
Literature Lovers usually meets at 7:00 pm the last Sunday of the month, unless otherwise noted. For location or more information, please contact Susan Cohen at (603) 643-3611, or sncohen037@gmail.com.
