Pacific Crest Savings Bank Quarterly Newsletter
Winter 2017

Happy new year! A new year promises plenty of big changes, but we know that it's the smaller, personal journeys you embark on that will truly end up defining your 2017. Whether you're looking to eat a little healthier or finally write that novel of yours, the new year offers a chance to rest, reflect and refresh.

It's also an excellent opportunity to chart a financial plan for the year. Looking to plan for retirement? Refining your real estate portfolio? Building your business? Whatever your goals are, we'll support you with our personalized services from experienced experts every step of the way.

Finally, your satisfaction is important to us and we'd love to hear from you. If you are pleased with your Pacific Crest experience, we encourage you to leave a review on our official Yelp! page. If there are areas where we can improve, we hope you'll contact us directly so we can address your needs. We are listening!

Financial Disaster Preparedness
Recent high profile cyberattacks on consumer data, like the Yahoo hack affecting one billion user accounts, remind us to stay vigilant in our banking security.

Though your Pacific Crest account wasn't compromised in the Yahoo attack, we strongly encourage you to create a unique Pacific Crest password that isn't shared with any of your other online accounts to ensure your account's security.

Transit Tactics:
Investing Around ST 3
Last November, voters approved Sound Transit 3, which promises to (literally) alter the roadmap of the Puget Sound region. How will it affect your real estate investment strategy? Be sure to keep up to date on all of the latest updates and developments.

Last December, we attended TRENDS, the largest one day conference and trade show for rental housing ownership and management on the West Coast. It was their 31st annual conference, and our first as a sponsor and exhibitor.

A Note from Our President

Just like you, we have our own goals for 2017. We continue to strive to make your banking experience even better. Mobile banking is just one of the ways that we're working to improve our service to you; we also recently debuted our Pacific Crest credit cards for businesses and consumers.

Beyond our services, this year we're looking to partner with local housing authorities and nonprofits to help finance local affordable housing initiatives. We care deeply about our community and these investments make good sense on many levels.

As always, let us know how we can help optimize your banking experience. We're always eager to hear what you think.
