Joe Louis Walker

Joe Louis Walker is touring in support of his latest recording, Eclectic Electric, which drops on Nov 12. He has a long history in the blues, having released his first recording, Cold is the Night, back in 1986.

His latest release includes new material plus covers of interesting songs such as Hotel California by the Eagles and Warren Zevon's Werewolves of London. And, he is joined on this release by Waddy Wachtel, Doyle Bramhall II and the B.B. King Blues Band. 

He was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2013.

DRUMMER JAMES CARTER NEEDS SOME HELP. Drummer James Carter, who has backed many well-known blues musicians around town, including Joanna Connor, Jimmy Burns and James Armstrong, recently had a family tragedy. His 30-year-old son, Lil James Carter Jr., died suddenly and the family needs some help with expenses.
