Approve financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019
Approve financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020
Motion to enable the current executive committee to serve as the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors for one year until Mar 31, 2022.
Membership fees waived for 2021-22 membership year
Motion to adjourn the meeting.
