Request for Annual Notice of Address,
Representative, and Occupancy Status
We are now required to share this "Request for Annual Notice of Address, Representative, and Occupancy Status" with all LHA members each year. The new law requires us to tell you in writing that it is your responsibility to tell us your mailing address, if you live in the house, and if there is someone else to contact if we can't reach you for a protracted period.
If you have elected to receive electronic correspondence from LHA, this does not alter or change that in any way. We do, though, still have to share the form with you and ask for you to return it to LHA.
