West of Scotland Skill's Survey

Getting the right people, with the right skills, in the right jobs is one of the biggest challenges facing employers no matter what sector or industry they operate in. West College Scotland and DYW West is committed to engaging with employers across the West region to build a modern workforce for the future.

The West of Scotland Skills Survey, the first of its kind to be conducted by a Scottish college or university, is a new way the College is engaging with employers – asking you what your skills, workforce and business support needs are. The findings of the sector-leading research will then be used to help us support businesses across our region in 2018 and beyond.

The West of Scotland Skills Survey is open to employers of all sizes in Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Dunbartonshire – and closes on Friday 9 March. Employers who participate in the survey will also be given the opportunity to enter a prize draw for free use of services at the College – with a 3 course meal for 10 people, use of our conferencing facilities and £1,000 worth of workforce training and development on offer!
