Artworks Gallery Presents

“Not Untitled”, Chris Flory
and
“Art From the Heart”, All-Members Exhibition

Exhibition Dates: January 30 – February 26, 2022
Gallery Hop: Friday, February 4, 7 -9 pm

“Not Untitled” is a new series of artworks by Chris Flory that fall into an ambiguous space. They are semi-representational – depicting things that are not real and yet not entirely abstract.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chris Flory earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Philadelphia College of Art and a Master of Fine Arts from UNC Greensboro.  Chris has been a member of Artworks Gallery since 1993.  She lives in Winston-Salem with her husband and their two feline friends.

“Art From the Heart” is a group exhibition by gallery members. An all-members show of handmade work that celebrates February – the month that reminds us to think of romance.

The works encompass a variety of mediums: gelatin prints, photography, painting, ceramics, and more. Just in time for Valentine's Day, unique pieces that will be remembered long after the remains of the chocolate sampler is in the trash can.

The exhibit is free and open to the public.
