Summer Self-Lovin'

The ancient practice of Ayurveda promotes a balance of mind, body, and spirit. It can be a challenge for us caregivers to center our own energy, find calm, and maintain balance. Care for caregivers

Calling All Introverts

After more than a year of social distancing, we are starting to reconnect with friends and family. There are so many benefits to socializing, especially for caregivers. Plus, social connection is a major key to living a brain-healthy life!

Cafe Connection

A Memory Cafe is a welcoming place for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia. At the heart of the Memory Cafe experience is connection! Enjoy organized activities for loved ones and caregivers.

No Reservations

Another good way to connect? Support groups! HFC’s drop-in support groups are back! Offered 6 days a week, these groups connect you with other caregivers as needed. Come as often as you need, stay as long as you like.
