-Field walk: NRCS technical assistance and cost incentive program: diversion ditch, stabilized stream crossing, buffer, gutter/downspouts and vegetative buffer to capture and clean rainwater run-off.

Due to Covid-19 guidelines, registration is limited to 20 attendees. Through May 31st, 1 veteran/military/Guard/Reserve member per farm may register. Updated Guide Provides Marketing Info for Livestock and Poultry from Cornell Small Farms Program
Understanding how to  classify, slaughter and market your meat and poultry is key, but regulations on food safety regulations change often and can be unclear. Cornell's  "Guide to Direct Marketing Livestock and Poultry" was recently updated and, while some sections are specific to NY, lays out federal regulations clearly.
