Como Park Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program
Autumn is here and we want to share with you an opportunity to attend free yoga Wednesday mornings at 9:30am at Falcon Heights City Hall. 

Please take advantage of this tiny little perk we can offer you for being such a great addition to our team!
Fall leaf raking is upon us.  If you want to return to leaf raking this fall or would like to join the leaf raking team, WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

It's time again for the annual meat loaf dinner.  Please join us
October 13th, Como Park Lutheran Church, 4:30pm. 

Meal tickets are on sale at the church office.  Call Hannah for more details at (651) 646-7127.

We sure hope to see you this year and that you'll find interesting wonderful things at the silent auction.  Prizes include private yoga sessions, guitar lessons, handmade jewelry & planting bulbs.

The Living at Home Block Nurse model is a unique and effective model of care for senior's living in the home and community the love as they age. It is successful because of thoughtful, caring neighbors that come forward to volunteer. If you have any questions about your relationship with your senior partner, please contact Nichole
