Summer 2019 Newsletter
Como Park Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program
We here at the Block Nurse Program would like to take a moment and share with you a recent update to our webpage. Many hours were spent compiling this new list and we are very satisfied with the results.

This project was made possible by the generous support of Saint Joan of Arc. Two volunteers, Cathy Diers and Larry Valley made the sponsorship happen.
Hats off to them both!

Incredible Partnerships.
Last month we partnered with Roseville Seniors to provide a very gently used wheelchair to Mr. Vidi. Moments like these amplify how important collaboration is and how it impacts an entire community.

The Living at Home Block Nurse model is a unique and effective model of care for older adults living in the home and community the love. It is successful because of thoughtful, caring neighbors that come forward to volunteer.
Our Mission: We are a non-profit serving neighbors aged 65 years and better, by organizing supportive services, respite for caregivers, and the compassion you, our volunteers.
