Then, love the world.”

Love the world

What important words to hear and feel these days! I am inspired by them. These past months love has led the way for so much good work, so much hard work. As I think about the news I am excited to share with you below, I ask us all to consider - "How many ways can we show our love for the world?"

Love the world by inspiring others

On view now -
"Reflections - 20 Years of the Bill and Melinda Gates
It was an honor to be one of six artists chosen to interpret the work of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation through an installation now on view along 5th Ave in Seattle, in front of the  Gates Foundation Discovery Center.  The philanthropic themes that outline the local and global work of this impactful family foundation inspired the artists' work.  Learn about the themes, read interviews with the artists, and see images of all of the artwork here.

Art on the Mind: 10 Years of Creative Aging

Join me and others within the Creative Aging community for the opening of "Art of the Mind: 10 Years of Creative Aging".  We will celebrate the work of the Artists involved, and reflect on experiences with the important work of the Creative Aging Program, where I have been a volunteer and teaching artist for the past several years.

Love the world by opening your heart

I am so excited to share the recently published work of one of my favorite writers - Brenda Miller. Brenda selected my painting "Reach" to grace the cover of her award winning chapbook, "The Daughters of Elderly Women". I am honored. Brenda speaks from her heart with her writing.

Jordan plays fiddle too so depending on the temperature, we may serenade you while you shop! Either way, we look forward to seeing you!
