PS-SinC News   November 2019
It's election time!
This month we'll elect the 2020 officers. Members will vote by e-ballot or at the Nov 14th meeting. MANY THANKS to our nominees and all who expressed interest in helping our chapter thrive! Read more.
Next meeting: Thurs, Nov 14 at 7 pm:
Flash Fiction night!
This year's theme for our flash fiction fest is Mysteries in the Dark of Night. Interpret that as you will, and write a story up to 350 words long. Then come and share your story at the meeting (Thu, Nov 14, 7 pm, Stadler Rm, Third Place Commons, LFP). All are welcome: You don't have to write a story to join us; you can just listen. Non-members may also bring a story to share. Read more.

Oct meeting wrap-up
Ingrid Thoft: Award-winning author
Ingrid Thoft, author of the Shamus award-winning Fina Ludlow PI series, was the guest speaker at our October meeting. She gave us an insider’s perspective on experiences from having to choose between your agent and your book; studying the art of private investigation; dealing with the TV world, and much more. Follow the link to find out what she said.
Holiday potluck: Sat, Dec 14
Join us for our annual holiday lunch
This year's holiday potluck, confab, and book exchange will be held on Sat, Dec 14, 12 to 3 pm. We'll gather at the Markland Woods community room on Cedar Way in Mountlake Terrace, as we did last year. Members will receive an invite and may bring a guest. We'll each bring a dish for the potluck and a wrapped giveaway. We hope you'll join us!
