Bill Slusser, AGR Director of Research, will be conducting the webinar. Bill has been with AGR since 1998 and has been conducting research in the glass industry for nearly 30 years. 
He is responsible for the operational management of the Butler testing laboratory. He is also a principal instructor for the worldwide fracture seminars, design seminars and pharmaceutical seminars.
In his career, Bill has taught more than 200 in-person seminars with more than 2,000 different students. He is looking forward to his first opportunity to present virtually to a worldwide audience.
