ARC NEWS ARC POWER and INSPIRE Grantees Meet for Virtual Convening
On Tuesday, ARC's POWER and INSPIRE grantees joined a virtual convening providing guidance and training for our newest awardees. They had an opportunity to hear lessons learned by previous POWER and INSPIRE grants and met with their project coordinators.
"To those beginning your POWER and INSPIRE journeys, I’m cheering you on and sending my support," said ARC Federal Co-Chair Gayle Manchin. "I encourage you to learn and connect with your fellow grantees as much as you can for their help in building opportunities throughout the region."
ARC is also excited to add five additional POWER grantees to this year's award package, bringing our grand total to 62 awards across 196 coal-impacted counties receiving a total of nearly $52 million.
Congrats to Dabney S. Lancaster Community College and Russell County in Virginia; Wayne County Commissioners in West Virginia, and the Towns of Caton and Dryden in New York. 🎉
