It's June (already)! A special offering....

Graduations, backyard barbecues, beach vacations, weddings, porch sitting.....so many crafty opportunities! We've just released our June 2022 Seasons of VT box and it is chock full of fun things. We're calling it BALANCE as a reminder that all the celebrations come with the need for a few minutes of quiet, too - so make yourself a plate, create your own signature cocktail (mocktail), and grab a porch chair for some peaceful crafting time...we've got the perfect shawl pattern to celebrate the season!

The beautiful locally-dyed yarns are provided by Legacy Fiber Artz and Fiber Stash Dyeworks - we are so lucky to have these extremely talented ladies near us! Other products include a sweet summer shawl pattern from our own Jennifer Arbuckle, summertime fun quilted fabric coasters from one.stitch.back, a cocktail (mocktail) infusion from Oakano, a handcrafted Progress Keeper, and our signature sweet treats from Lake Champlain Chocolates and Dakin Farm.

We're still planning things (do we ever stop, really?!?) We've got a few classes lined up for the summer months and a very special opportunity on July 16th - we're planning a Natural Dyeing Workshop with Tammy White from Wing & A Prayer Farm here at our store! Keep an eye on our social media to see when the tickets open up for the workshop (sometime this week!)

In case you were wondering...

We've been spending some time lately working with our suppliers to confirm that none of the products we sell come from farmers who practice mulesing with their flocks. Definitely not posting any pictures of this, but it's a nasty process. There are always two sides to every issue, but we are pleased to tell you that we have confirmed that at least 99% of the products we sell are mulesing-free, and are expecting confirmation on the remaining ones very shortly.
