Dear Friend in Christ,
There are many ways to train a person to teach the Word of God.  For example, sometimes when I speak in Cantonese, I have someone to translate for me to another local dialect.  There is one lady in her late thirties who has done this for me for quite a few years.  She is always so excited about the teaching content that she sometimes stops me and says, “Wait, that verse is so good, I have to write it down.”  Often after I have explained a concept, she says to the people gathered, “You all just have to hear will really touch your hearts”, or, “This is the most interesting story—I can’t wait to tell you.”  Then she proceeds to use her dialect to tell what I had just said in Cantonese.  During the mealtime she talks constantly about what I had just taught and asks me question after question for further clarification.

Since she has attended my Sunday School teachers' training programs many times, she knows a lot of the examples and materials I use.  I can just hold up a picture and say, "Tell them the example about.... the red mother hen, the bee sting, etc.," and she begins telling the applicable story.  Rather than translating sentence-by-sentence, sometimes I provide her with only a sentence or two at a time as an outline of what I wish to say.  I say a sentence, read a Scripture, or remind her of a story I often use to illustrate that point.  Then I ask her to explain it to them.  She does an excellent job, and even has the confidence to hold some of the trainings on her own without me.  She said she surprised herself that she had so much to say.

Below is a brief list of a few of the places where I will be when I am in the USA.  I will be speaking at different churches and schools in these areas.  So if you are anywhere near the places mentioned below, I would love to see you again.
