I've been tracking my body composition pretty consistently for many years, using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) scales (Withings, Omron, Inbody), DEXA, 3D scans, random hotel scales, and more. I put together a some visualizations of 10+ years of my data.
I love how data can tell us a story and bring back memories of specific times in our lives. You can also access my source code so you can create charts with your own data!
