Hi hope you are staying safe and well during these crazy times.

In addition to social distancing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle (exercise, diet, sleep, minimizing stress) I am also taking proactive measures by tracking several key vital signs that have been shown to correlate with many COVID-19 symptoms. Many people have been asking me about which vital signs I am closely monitoring, which I wanted to share.

But the most eye-opening tidbit is how this book eerily predicted the current global pandemic.
