I had a great time appearing on the Ben Greenfield Fitness podcast, one of the most popular health and fitness podcasts in the world. Ben is a human performance expert and a New York Times bestselling author. On his show Ben and I cover a wide range of topics, such as avoiding data overload, optimizing sleep, quantifying aging, training with neuromuscular electrostimulation, improving our indoor environments, and more!

The online Visual Contrast Sensitivity (VCS) Test is a simple (and free) test that can identify potential exposure to neurotoxins, biotoxins, and nutritional deficiencies in the body. These compounds have been implicated in diseases such as ADHD, CFIDS, fibromyalgia, mold illness, and Lyme disease. I have taken the test twice, approximately a year apart and have some interesting results.

In the latest installment of my series of posts on measuring and improving my indoor living space, I take a look at electric and magnetic fields (EMFs) in my home - from kitchen appliances to electrical wiring to radiation given off by our personal electronic devices such as laptop, tablets, and cell phones. The results were shocking (pun intended), but I also discuss simple actions I took which helped to reduce my exposure.

That's all for now! Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions regarding this update (too much? too little?), or if there are any topics you would like to see me cover in the future.
If you haven't already, I'd love for you to connect with me on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
