POSITIVITY WILL BE THE BUZZWORD ON SOCIAL PLATFORMS
In a year where we spent more-than-usual time online scrolling and consuming content for entertainment, what has won our screen time attention are light-hearted and positive content. This behaviour shift is expected to guide us into 2021; and it will be important to embrace this new priority and deliver socially aware content that will resonate with the consumers.
