President's Message

Dear Fellowship,

When this church year began, we had a new ramp, an awesome opening water service, and had finished a summer of successful building theologies and porch events.  Now that 2019 comes to a close, the fellowship house has sometimes been cold - our furnace continues to limp on, but thanks to the folks at Quality Mechanics and our own Jeff Givan, we now have consistent warmth.  Additionally, our Women of Wonder have been reaching out to members we haven't seen for some time - some who have moved away, others who are not well enough to attend regularly any longer.  I'd like to thank the Women of Wonder for making sure folks like Shirley, Annette, and Collin are still in the ever-widening circle of our care and concern.  I know the winter holidays are a busy time.  My own family has been away for traveling and for illness.  I also know the strength of our fellowship is the people who say its covenant together each week.  I look forward to many weeks of covenant with everyone in 2020.  Let's make this calendar year one for the record books!  I'll see you at the fellowship house soon!
Take care,
Jacob.
