It’s called Pilates for Active Aging and it starts on September 9th. It will meet on Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am.
Are you interested but can’t attend live? You’ll get the zoom recording link on Wednesday evenings, and it will be good for at least a week. (this applies to all my group classes)

I’m planning on focusing on the Pilates Ring in September. (it isn’t required, you can definitely modify but it’s a great prop for minimal investment)
