Opeongo Line podcasts can all be freely accessed by computer, tablet or cellphone by clicking on:
1. “Moonbeams & White Lightning:” Josh Blank again raises the roof with ‘The Local’ host, Sean Conway, at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 30th on The Opeongo Line.  They discuss how local moonshiners went about their illegal business back in the 20th Century.  Sadly, due to the pandemic, this show can’t be recorded live at the Station, but you can still listen along, possibly while imbibing the next best thing to white lightning in the comfort of your very own home!
2. “Back in the Day II:” As the Stationkeepers’ ‘Oral History Project’ gathers momentum, The Opeongo Line airs an intriguing conversation Martina Coulas had with William J. Goulet. He grew up in Eganville during the Second World War before moving to Barry’s Bay in the 1960s. Once here, he spent over 50 years contributing to the betterment of the area as only he could. His story airs on The Opeongo Line at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 6th.
3. “That Man from Rockingham (Part Two):” The intriguing conclusion of The Opeongo Readers’ Theatre show revealing new documentary evidence that tells the true story of John S. J. Watson’s life in England before he emigrated to Canada and before he built Rockingham out of sheer wilderness. Not to be missed by local history buffs. ‘That Man from Rockingham: Part Two,’ airs at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 20th on The Opeongo Line.
