SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
Although our administrative team will continue to work throughout the summer, our front office will keep limited hours. Summer Office Hours, beginning on Monday, June 11, will be Monday through Thursday 9-12. To best coordinate any business with the office, please phone first to make sure there will be someone available to help when you arrive.

Below you will find a link to all of the important forms we will need back for each family by August 1. You can mail them or drop them off to your respective campus. There will also be an email sent to parents, and they are on the school website on the Parent page under Important Forms.
FINAL FACTS PAYMENTS DUE for this year
If you have an outstanding balance for the year, please be sure to pay that ASAP. It is an Archdiocesan policy that students may NOT begin the school year at a Catholic school with a previous balance at any Catholic school, be it their own school or a former school.
In addition, if you are moving to a new school, student records and transcripts will not be released to the new school until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Contact Jerri Pabst with any questions. email@example.com.
JULY FACTS PAYMENTS
Just a reminder that all Book/Resource Fees and Fundraising Fees will be charged on your July FACTS bill. Tuition billing will go from August through May.
As the Fundraising Fee ($400 per family with one or more full day students, or $200 for any family with only one half-day student) will be charged via FACTS on the July bill, raffle tickets will be available for pickup at each campus beginning July 15 in case you would like to get a jump start on selling them. Any tickets not picked up by the beginning of school on August 20 will be sent home in the first Thursday Folder of the year on August 23. Raffle drawings will begin on Wednesday, September 19 and will continue on the 3rd Wednesday of every month through April 15, 2019. Try to get your tickets sold and turned in BEFORE the first drawing for the best odds of winning!
AUGUST LUNCH ORDERS
This upcoming year we will begin hot lunch service on the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! Lunch Orders for August will be open beginning on July 23. If you sign up for the lunch program NOW you will get a reminder to order lunches on or near July 23. IF YOU MISS this deadline you will need to pack lunches for the month of August! We will be out in force this summer distributing school information in the neighborhoods and with a presence at several local events. You could get a BIG jump-start on your volunteer hours for next year by helping with these summer marketing efforts. Sign up to earn your hours below.

SUMMER MARKETING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
With the goal of building up our community image and recruiting more families, we will have a booth at the St. Pascal Carnival, the Portage Park Farmers Market and the Jefferson Park Farmers Market. We'll also be canvassing several neighborhoods with post cards on door handles, putting up posters in retail spaces and manning the beer tent at the Jeff Fest!
