The UT Office of Procurement Services is pleased to announce virtual training sessions for the UT Market Place. If you purchase products for your class, lab, or office, it is strongly encouraged that you attend this training. Access to vendors’ websites outside of the UT Market Place will soon be closed. The UT Market Place will be the only place to purchase many of the supplies you use.
Staples Advantage is now only accessible though the UT Market Place.
The UT Office of Procurement Services will host virtual training sessions via Zoom (for more information on Zoom, visit https://tiny.utk.edu/zoom ). These sessions will cover the basics of processing an order with the new system. Sessions will be held on:

June 1 1 PM CST – 2 PM CST
Please remember that our objective is to record all revenues, disbursements and encumbrances in the proper fiscal year. You can access the document listing each of the year-end processing deadlines at http://www.uthsc.edu/finance/documents/fy2016-processing-dates.pdf. Each item must be received in the appropriate office by close of business on the date listed to be posted in FY 2016. Our office will not send reminders of due dates and it is imperative that you adhere to the published deadlines. Your assistance in closing out the year will be appreciated.
