The next Campus-Wide Business Managers Meeting is scheduled to be held Thursday, January 19, 2017. Request for agenda items and a reminder notice will be sent prior to the next meeting date.
NEW TIMEKEEPING TRAINING AVAILABLE
Training will be focused on the timesheet documentation required for monthly non-exempt paid employees. Due to the FLSA changes, we have several new employees that fall within this pay group. This training will demonstrate timekeeping input and how to track COMP TIME IN IRIS. Please attend this training if you need to learn this process or if you need a refresher.

Remember to follow campus procedure (F610 - Surplus Property) regarding the surplus of computer equipment. Be sure to haveForm S-2 (Surplus Property Transaction and Certification of Sanitization Form) completed by IT for all computer hard drives before requesting Surplus to come and pick up the equipment.
