As your department's business manager, It is crucial that the information regarding this year's Open Enrollment period for 2016 be shared with each of the employees within your area. This year's open enrollment period has been shortened from one monthto two weeks (October 3 - 14). There are major changes in insurance coverage this year and all employees are strongly encouraged to review their insurance coverage and to make changes early during this shortened enrollment period.
Market Place Announcements
The following pertains to information concerning the ESM UT Market Place:
New Catalog: eNasco offers educational items for different disciplines ranging from science to educational to agricultural. They are located under the Scientific heading in the Market Place.
Best Buy has been taken out of the Market Place while they repair some bugs in their system.
System Change: ESM has updated the Print functionality. The “Print” button will now generate a PDF file containing a printable copy of the transaction. Using Adobe Reader, users can save the PDF file as well as print a physical copy of the order.
