In this experiential webinar event, Bill will present VAB members a case study on a current issue a board he serves on is facing. Following the case presentation, participants will break out into groups where they will share with one another their experiences related to similar cases. Distilling the commonalities from their past situations and the current one, each group will come up with their own plans for how to handle Bill's board situation.

All plans should look at
  1. Root causes of the board problem
  2. Possible ways forward in handling the situation including potential threats/opportunities when implementing the solution
  3. Plans for putting in place structures that would prevent the situation repeating itself in the future

Back in the plenum, moderated by Martin, we will collect the insights and lessons learned and provide feedback. Through this session we will not only share personal experience and perspectives, but also get to know each other better as a community.

We ask that you try to send any questions you might have in advance and RSVP to fernanda@virtualadvisoryboard.co.uk.
