H3ABioNet Seminars' Series - African Pharmacogenetics

The B3Africa informatics platform (the eB3Kit) includes tools for in-field data collection. In this webinar, you will learn about some of these tools and will be guided through the following steps: from questionnaire design to in-field data collection and data upload into your eB3Kit.

Provide a general overview of the process and applications/tools (ODK collect, Azizi AMP)
Describe an example of data collection form in Excel format and demonstrate how to create one data collection point;
Demonstrate how to upload a new data collection form to the ODK server in the eB3Kit;
Explain how to download “ODK collect” on an Android based mobile device and select your form;
Provide useful tips for the in-field data collection using a mobile device;
Demonstrate how to upload the data collected to the ODK server in the eB3Kit.
