16 Days of Activism - Special Edition

The 16 Days of Activism (November 25th to December 10th) is an international campaign to generate actions that will put an end to violence against women and girls. From November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to December 10th, International Human Rights Day, the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign can help put an end to violence against women and girls. CFUW clubs and members can be trailblazers in their communities and across the country, contributing positively to end gender-based violence (GBV) and violence against women (VAW).

You can find all of these resources on the CFUW Member Resources site here. Or head to cfuwadmin.org then click Take Action>> Advocacy>> Active Campaigns >> 16 Days of Activism.
Share your Club's plans & events!
Is your Club planning an event or campaign for the 16 Days of Activism? Can CFUW members from different Clubs attend? We want to publicize them! Send the details (flyer,  Zoom link/registration, event address, etc.) to Charlotte Akin, Advocacy Coordinator at advocacy@cfuw-fcfdu.ca and we will share all of the events in an upcoming newsletter!
