I'm Back!
I hope you are having a magnificent summer! I can't wait to see you back in class starting 6/26. 

The largest muscle in your body is the gluteus maximus (your backside). Let's give it some extra love this week in's vital to your posture!

For supine (on-your-back) exercises, it is often okay to add a block or pillow under your head if your neck is tight. It could add support to a forward ab curl if your neck doing all of the work, or it could help you while stretching the legs in a figure-four stretch when the chin wants to lift. DO NOT support the head when doing inversions (roll-over, bridge) to protect your neck.
