How would you train an Olympian? Don't miss out on this fun challenge to get creative with your knowledge of the body and Pilates! This method helps everyBODY, even Olympic athletes.


AUGUST 6th-16th!


To participate:

  1. Follow @PilatesPrimeNYC on Instagram.
  2. An Olympic Sport will be posted as a daily challenge.
  3. Film or take a picture of yourself doing a Pilates exercise that might be beneficial for this sport/athlete. Get creative; there are no wrong answers! Add a short description about why you chose that exercise. If you aren't sure, I'll give a mat exercise inspired by that sport that you can film or photograph at home. 
  4. Tag @PilatesPrimeNYC and #Pilates4Olympians.
  5. Win fun prizes (see sidebar)!

Sundays at The Yoga Room, Astoria:
1115am: Pilates Foundations
3pm-Hot Bodies, Hot Pilates
