Hello Pemetic Families,

We have made it through another week. (16 school days to go!)  Masks are still on, but Mr. Z will keep us up to date on the Maine DOE guidelines.

The good news is that thanks to our maintenance staff and Coast Guard help, the two outside tents have been put up. Teachers are welcome to take their students out there and be  unmasked.

I am seeing some  worrisome play with the little kids. Please be aware that some games and shows on the computer or TV al

There are a lot of class trips between now and the end, please make sure your child has the appropriate clothing.

The Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the library this year from Tuesday, May  31st- Thursday June 2nd. They will have a wide assortment of books and goodies. Children will have the opportunity to put together a “ wish list” as will teachers. If you have always wanted to donate to the classroom, books are a great gift.

I am seeing some  worrisome play with the little kids. Please be aware that some games and shows on the computer or TV allow kids to stream on and they are exposed to some odd content. Any students that are playing “ multiplayer” games are exposed to adults in the game and their behavior and language.

We are going to practice our spring fire drills in the next several weeks, so don’t be alarmed if your students talk about them. Safety first.

The Spring Concert is June 1st. All are welcome.

Please remember that my door is always open should anyone have questions or concerns.

Have a great weekend!
