Now that San Francisco has finally decided to give us our summer we've so desperately been waiting for there is no better time to ramp up your fitness!
If you need some reasons to get out, here are a few:
- The kids are back in school
- It's warm again
- Sunrises at 6am are SPECTACULAR!
- Get into a routine before the holidays are upon us
- A great activity to do with friends
- The sand at Aquatic Park is warm.....and so is the water :)
If you've been consistent about keeping up your fitness then now is a great time to up the ante and take on a new challenge; be it a race, a new job, a new relationship, or learning a new skill. We want you to push your boundaries and grow out of your comfort zone.

Lyon St. Circuit Classes!!
The Lyon St. Circuit classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6pm are still going strong. Join us at Lyon and Vallejo for some fun.
Class format is 10 minutes warm up / mobilization, 40 minutes of circuit exercises and a 10 minutes warm down / stretching and is great for all levels.
Alex and Ezra just survived the 120 mile / 6-day stage race through the Colorado Rockies and had a blast.

Trail Race anyone?
