Welcome to 2016! What did you learn in 2015?

Now that 2015 is behind us, it's time to look back on the good, the bad, and the ridiculous of the past year. While most people make resolutions to change something based on what they think will make them happy, we suggest focusing on something a little different: your successes and failures.

As you reflect, think about areas where you have succeeded and where you have failed. Write down what you have learned from these experiences, share them with your family and friends, and figure out how you'll use this new information to grow and create the life you want. If you already have the life you want then use the time to let others who may have helped you get there know how grateful you are for them. 

Join us for a complimentary Barefoot on the Beach class on Saturday, January 16th at 9am. It's a great opportunity to bring your friends and show them what we're all about!

We are pleased to announce that Julie Aiello with Outdoor Yoga SF will be leading 10-15 minutes of yoga at the end of our Barefoot on the Beach classes on Fridays. 

Julie's story resonates with us as she is passionate about the outdoors, healthy living, and athletics. A former competitive triathlete, Julie turned to yoga after an injury and knows what we put our bodies through.

Q: What's the one thing you miss about being a kid?

A: The one thing I miss about being a kid is having endless amounts of energy. Oh, and not having to pay bills was pretty great too.
