IV. SCHEDULE - in order to MAXIMIZE.
 1.Plan Your Day
Start: 8:00 AM to 08:30 AM
 Expected Result
  • Divide your tasks into 3 parts: most important, basic every day tasks, and what you need to get done today.
  • Insert the tasks into MYK Applications' Smart Daily Schedule
  • Make sure to keep your Smart Daily Schedule in front of you the whole day

  • Boost your productivity and prioritize long-term advancement 
  • Customize the difficulty and lengths of your tasks to your own physical and mental condition
  • Stay focused throughout the whole day in order to maximize success
  • By using the Smart Daily Schedule, you can stay on track throughout the whole day without being stressed 
2. Blocked Task
Start: 08:30 AM to 11:30 AM
 Expected Result
  • To execute the most important (not necessarily the most urgent) task of the day
  • Eat a light snack consisting of high-protein (for example: 15 almonds, a string cheese and an apple, yogurt and granola) in order to keep your metabolism high and stay focused on your work around 10:45 AM 
  • Your task should start early in the morning and you should be finished within 3 hours maximum
✓ Benefit:
  • Satisfaction of having produced something significant and beneficial everyday.
  • Advance long term projects
  • Stay focused and engaged throughout the day due to the high-protein intake 
  • Take advantage of the most productive time of your day            
3. Answer E-mails
Start: 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM
→ Expected Result:
  • Answer urgent emails in ONE minute
  • Concentrate on all of your morning e-mails in that single half an hour
  • Focus last on the email requiring a +5 minute deeper answer
✓ Benefit:
  • Reduce your REACTIVE moments.
  • Increase your PROACTIVE moments.
  • Plan your reaction times in advance instead of losing concentration every 20 minutes with other message
  • By setting aside time to strictly answer emails, you are able to focus on your other tasks throughout the day without being distracted              
4. Checklist
Start: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
→ Expected Result:
  • Accomplish your reoccurring weekly tasks (for example: accounting, employee empowerment, etc.)
  • Divide your weeks into day-to-day topics
    • For example:
Monday→ Management
Tuesday→ Product
Wednesday→ Growth
Thursday→ Partners and Networking

✓ Benefit:
  • Constantly boost your business while simultaneously adhering to specific needs
  • Full completion of your reoccurring tasks by the end of the week             
  • By dividing your day-to-day tasks, you are setting more realistic goals for what you can actually accomplish daily 
5. Lunch
Start: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
 
→ Expected Result:
  • Take a total break from work and human interactions OUTSIDE THE OFFICE.
  • Eat a lighter meal (thanks to your high-protein 10:45 AM snack)

  • Re-charge your battery in order to promote creativity.
  • Due to your body's natural sleep cycle, many people feel suddenly exhausted around 2:45 PM. However, we feel as though the long-lunch break will eliminate this issue because it gives people a chance to rest and relax before diving back into work.
                                    
6. Social Relations
Start: 2:00 PM to 2:25 PM
→  Expected Result:
  • Call your spouse on the phone (Not Whatsapp) -> TALK !, 
  • Use any of your preferred social media applications!
  • For example, LinkedIn your contacts or Whatsapp your friends
✓ Benefit
  • Prioritize important relationships in your life
  • Develop and deepen your personal network 
  • Prolong genuine friendship
  • Give your brain a mental break from your work 
                                    
7. Afternoon Boost 
Start: 2:25 PM to 2:30 PM
→  Expected Result:
  • Review your progress of the first half of your day
  • Set goals for the second half of the day
✓ Benefit:
  • Re-boost work for the second part of the day
  • Increase your productivity and maximize success
  • These realistic goals will help you stay on track 
8. Punctual Tasks
Start: 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Expected Result
  • Execute your list of the 3 short tasks you planned for today.
  • Work in 30 minute cycles: allot the first 25 minutes towards completing your tasks and then reward yourself with a 5 minute break afterwards
  • Lead your meetings (internal or external) at that time

  • Handle necessary and urgent issues
  • Overcome typical afternoon exhaustion
  • Take advantage of the power-down time frame  
                                    
9. Generate E-mails
Start: 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
→ Expected Result:
  • Answer urgent emails in ONE minute 
  • Concentrate on all of your morning e-mails in that single half an hour
  • Focus last on the e-mail requiring a +5 minute deeper answer

10. Review, Success, & Plan
Start: 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
→ Expected Result:
  • Completely fill MYK Table
  • Decide which blocked tasks you will work on tomorrow

  • Maintain current success and increase future success
  • Be proud of all of the work you accomplished today
